27. Build Your Own 3 Topping Pizza

Your Three Toppings, Our Pan Crust

Number 27 on the board is yours to write. Pick any three toppings from the full list and we bake them on our hand-tossed pan crust with Signature Pizza Sauce and mozzarella, the same way we build the numbered classics. Want more than three? Add extras, or split it half-and-half if the table cannot agree.

Ingredients

• Your choice of three toppings
• Signature Pizza Sauce
• Partly Skimmed Mozzarella
• Hand-tossed pan crust

The Topping Board

• Cheese: mozzarella, cheddar, feta, dairy free cheese
• Meat and seafood: hot pepperoni, cupping pepperoni, salami, ham, bacon, Italian sausage, ground beef, diced chicken breast, shrimp, anchovy
• Vegetables and fruit: green pepper, onion, green onion, black olive, baby spinach, mushroom, pineapple, banana pepper, fresh tomato
• Finish: hot honey

Dietary & Allergens

Contains wheat (crust) and dairy (mozzarella). Other allergens depend on the toppings you choose. A gluten-free crust is available in the medium size, and dairy-free cheese can stand in for the mozzarella.

Pairing

A Garden Salad and Garlic Bread round out the table.
